Best Indie Games Of The Now And The Later.

A little tribute to Garry's Mod. Garry's Mod is an indie game, It's made by Garry!

The first game I should list here is amazing. And FREE! It was made by a pro with the Unreal Engine. It's also a horror game. Very scary. Bad things happen. You must escape, or be eaten by the predator hunting you for your flesh...... This is one of the best Indie Games of the now.

WARNING! JUMPSCARES! NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART!

The game is called Erie. You probably know this game if you're a hardcore fan of Pewdie. That's how I found it.

Screenies!

Have some more Screenies!

This is the final Screenie.

Looks kinda like Black Mesa, but it looks more junky, so what's up?

Well, this is a nuclear area. I think you gotta collect pages or something (SLENDER GENRE!)

One of the Nuclear Generators just busted, so I think there are quite a few mutants that you should keep an eye out for.

Also, if you see one, try to sneak past. Or else your screen will be covered with these little people.

I dunno, maybe he just wants to play! Like "Hey bro, where's the party?"

So that was Erie. It's free, and downloadable! Download if you dare! Erie Link!
Oh, and finally, the storyline. I didn't explain it well enough.

"Erie drops you into a visually stunning, yet terrifying scenario where your goals are to investigate, survive, and finally escape. It’s first person horror meets intense dark-ride with hidden, rotting cats. Erie begins in October 1966, when the Fermi 1 Nuclear Power Generator suffers a partial meltdown, and locals begin disappearing from a sleepy Michigan town. Oliver Victor is a Red Cross Investigator sent to find missing locals, but quickly finds himself trapped underground and being hunted by a product of forced-mutation experiments. Oliver’s rescue mission quickly turns into a struggle to survive, escape and uncover what’s been happening under the nuclear plant on the shores of Lake Erie. Developed by the University of Utah's EAE Master Games Studio Program."

So Desura did it for me.

Now, one of the Indie games of the Later! One of the games I'm actually looking forward to, it's really gonna rock.
It's called Depth. Be careful when playing.
Got your arm!
OH HELL HE'S GOT MY ARM
Be careful, because the last thing you want to be is a dismembered mess.
Free Ride
And this shark just ate this player's legs. Omnomnom. Feeding time.

Someone already dismembered to perfection. Now he's shark lunch.
Oh, and guess why you're looking out of the shark's mouth? You don't just play as the Humans.
You can play as the dangerous predator too.
Now that's great.
There are 3 classes for the shark. The Great White, The Mako and The Tiger.
Great White relies on his Tank-Like strength, Mako relies on his speed, and Tiger relies on his mix of both.
If you wanna know what they look like, just look at the pictures above. The one having a nice snack on that diver's arm right there is a Mako. The one that just turned a diver into a useless little legless thing is probably the Great White. And the Tiger is below.

HIS LEG LOST ALL OF IT'S SKIN! And he's swimming in Saltwater. Double the ouch.

Mako's having a nice snack on some internal organs.
So this game isn't out yet, so no download link.
But there is a website link! Lucky You!

Sorry about all of the Scary indie games, they're all I can find!

This one attempted to get into the Gamespot game of the year competition, but got knocked off by another game just moments after the competition started.

It's called Lone Survivor. AN INDIE GAME OF THE NOW! Probably a short one, but it's worth playing.

You're a guy who looks like White Louis with hair and a mask on.
It's actually really scary, according to reviews.
I watched the trailer. Liked it.

Don't just stand there or you'll be dismembered by Naked Slendermen.

IDK what's going on here.

Some nice parts of the game, but most of the game is pretty morbid.
Lone Survivor! Get it for only $9.99 on Steam!
I just heard about this new game of the later! Let's check it out!
1
OUTLAST! Looks pretty sick.
According to the makers of the game, you won't have any weapons, and you gotta use stealth. Because if the enemy finds you, it's gonna turn into a chase. OH CRAP OH CRAP OH CRAP OH CRAP CLOSE THE DOOR GOD DAMN IT CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-
Sadly, no gameplay footage. And that's the only pic we have of the monster.
Oh, here. A better quality pic. So it looks as if the game is played during the day! Horray! But there's this Resident Evil-esque monster chasing you through the corridors Amnesia style. As explained earlier.

Finally found the storyline. Turns out most of the game, if not all takes place in an Asylum that was locked down. But then this team called Research and Charity opens it up for research.

You're just a guy who works at the news net called Miles Uphur. Actually, you don't work at the news. You're an independent reporter.

You snuck into the asylum, you walk around, these guys start chasing after you and you know what happens next. That's all we got now. We only got a bit of info.

Maybe the Q&A have some good info.

Copying it off the website.
Q&A
Q. What is the core experience?
A. You’re a normal human being who has to survive a terrifying journey. You can’t fight the horrors waiting for you in the Asylum, so you'll have to act smart to avoid getting killed… or worse.
Q. Is Outlast a PC exclusive title?
A. We’re focusing on the PC for now, but our goal is to make Outlast available to anyone who wants to play it. It’s just a matter of time and resources.
Q. Is the trailer a pre-rendered cutscene?
A. The trailer is a real-time sequence done in the Unreal Engine. It is highly scripted to better showcase what the final game will be.

I don't really have any more Indie games of the later, but I have some of the now. AND THE PAST!

Indie game of the past.

Slender: The Eight Pages!

Wait. It kinda is of the now. Now that you think about it.
It was released in June 2012.

So most of you Readers should know about this famous game. Not only Pewdie, but dozens of other Youtube users have played it. Some have even made parodies of it. And some just like to jam to GIMME 20 DOLLARS! The mode is pretty fun.

Also, if you do anything in the club, then you have to pay 20 dollars.

Don't get a girl to be yours. BECAUSE NO WIFIN IN THE CLUB!

Slenderman enforces these rules, and this club is his forest.

GIMME 20 DOLLARS

GIMME 20 DOLLARS

GIMME 20 DOLLARS

GIMME 20 DOLLARS

NO WALKIN IN THE CLUB, NO WALKIN IN THE CLUB, NO WALKIN IN THE CLUB, NO WALKIN IN THE CLUB!

So that was Slender. And it's 20 dollars mode.

Now, if you can, guess the name of dis indie game! Or should I say, MOD!
