CRAPTACULAR SURGERY GAME!

SS-2013 is awesome. I trained, and I got really good at it. You wanna know my secrets? Here are my secrets to finishing Surgeon Simulator: 2013.

Step 1: Remove cloth with hand.

Step 2: Throw away tha bonesaw (cuz we don't need dat shiet)

Step 3: Give him a dose of painkillers(optional)

Step 4: Pick up a tool.

Step 5: Start nudging ribs with tool until they explode.

Step 6: Remove all things in the chest cavity and throw them on the floor (very important)

Step 7: Grab a scalpel.

Step 8: Start rubbing the heart with the scalpel until it's completely cut out of the chest.

Step 9: Grab heart and throw it on the floor (cuz we don't need dat shiet either)

Step 10: Throw new heart into chest with your pitching skillz.

Completely dependent Step 10.5: If Step 10 doesn't work, start nudging the heart with your hand.

Step 11: Comment on how he will live and celebrate and finish the game! AND DANCE AROUND! And find out that the game was actually pretty crappy and play LoL.
